The DS0115-CASSRC recirculating ball carriage uses stainless steel ball bearings for smooth and reliable movement. Stainless steel ball bearings are much stronger than polymer ball bearings, making the DS0115-CASSRC recirculating ball carriage the recommended choice for heavier duty applications. Stainless steel ball bearings are the right choice for customers who want to use the maximum load rating of the 0115RC linear guide, which is 130kg when used with an aluminium track and 30kg when using a stainless steel linear track.

The recirculating ball carriage is also available with polymer ball bearings, which will result in a smoother and quieter movement and will require less maintenance.

Care must be taken while sliding the cassette into the track.

An essential component for the 0115RC linear motion guide, the recirculating ball carriage should be bought with a linear track and either aluminium or stainless steel end stops. The amount of carriages needed per track will vary depending on the application and load, please refer to the product datasheet for more information. Multiple carriages increase stability and load capacity.
