Recirculating ball carriage with polymer ball bearings, for use with the 0115RC linear motion slide

The DP0115-CASSRC recirculating ball carriage uses polymer ball bearings for a smooth and quiet movement.

For applications with a higher load rating we would recommend using the DS0115-CASSRC recirculating ball carriage instead, which uses stainless steel ball bearings, and is a much stronger alternative.

An essential component for the 0115RC linear motion guide, the recirculating ball carriage should be bought with a linear track and either aluminium or stainless steel end stops.

The amount of carriages needed per track will vary depending on the application’s load rating, please refer to the product datasheet for more information. However, we recommend at least one recirculating ball carriage for every linear track used.

The linear motion tracks available for use with this product include:

For load ratings up to 130kg:

• Aluminium linear track, 1.2m length, without fixing holes
• Aluminium linear track, 1.2m length, with 12 pre-drilled fixing holes
• Aluminium linear track, 2.4m, without fixing holes
• Aluminium linear track, 2.4m, with 24 pre-drilled fixing holes

For load ratings up to 30kg:

• Stainless steel linear track, 1.2m length, without fixing holes
