Ordering and Despatch

  • The billing address and delivery address countries must match.

  • Any orders placed for countries outside EU/EFTA will be given a delivery quote by our customer experience team, which will require acceptance from the customer before processing

  • All delivery lead times given at checkout are advisory. Occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to some unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.

  • Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the next working day

  • During UK public holidays orders will be despatched the next working day

  • If you wish to cancel an order before despatch please contact customer service immediately


  • Shipping prices and lead times are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination of the order

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has been despatched

  • We provide 3 options for delivery dependent on time-sensitivity, location and shipment size:

    • DSV Express - Expedited parcel delivery

    • DSV Economy - Standard parcel delivery

    • Dachser - Palletised delivery

  • Check packaging on delivery and sign “damaged” if applicable

  • Inform Accuride within 7 days of any damage to the packaging and product
